What are the terms and conditions of the FINETIKS Referral Program?

To receive the referral bonus, please note the following conditions:

The friend you invite must open a VIP Save account and make a deposit within 14 days of opening the account
Bonus scheme:
- Minimum deposit of IDR 500,000 → IDR 50,000 bonus
The minimum balance of IDR 500,000 must be maintained for 14 days
If the balance decreases before 14 days, the bonus will automatically be forfeited
The bonus will be awarded after the 14-day period has been completed
Bonus disbursements are made every 15th of the following month
All referral claims will be reviewed and verified by the FINETIKS finance team

What does "Pending" status mean?

Your referral code has been used by a friend.
But the friend hasn't made the minimum deposit of IDR 500,000.

This status indicates that the referral has been registered but hasn't yet met the bonus requirements.

What if I forget to use my referral code?

Too bad! The referral code can only be used when registering for a FINETIKS VIP Save account.

Can I withdraw the referral bonus at any time?

NO. The bonus will be automatically transferred to your account on the 15th of the following month
The FINETIKS team will verify and validate all incoming transactions using the referral code

Is there a fee to join the referral program?

No. The FINETIKS referral program is 100% free for all active FINETIKS VIP Save account holders.

Is FINETIKS marketing / referral bonus subject to tax?

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that any marketing bonus credited by Finetiks is subject to Final Income Tax (PPh Final) Article 4 Paragraph (2). This tax is deducted from the total bonus amount prior to being credited to you.

As this tax is withheld at source by Finetiks, a tax withholding certificate (bukti potong) under your NIK or NPWP will not be issued at this time.
