How to Get Started

To begin the registration process, open the FINETIKS app that you have downloaded and follow these steps:

Download the FINETIKS app from the Play Store/App Store.
Click the “Register” button to start the registration process.
Choose VIP Save to Start Saving, or
Choose Money Management to Manage Your Finances.
Continue the registration process by following the instructed steps.

Is FINETIKS Secure?

FINETIKS ensures the security and privacy of all user data by utilizing the "AES-256" encryption method, equivalent to that used by national and international banks and financial applications. FINETIKS is also supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Komdigi and is under the auspices of the Indonesian Fintech Association.

What are the requirements that must be completed to create a FINETIKS account?

You are an Indonesian citizen who holds e-KTP and a smartphone user, and also has savings & other financial goals. Users who do not yet have e-KTP are under parental supervision.

User Registration

How to Register in FINETIKS?

To register, follow the process by opening the downloaded FINETIKS app and follow these steps:

Download the FINETIKS app on the play store/app store.
Click the "Register" button to start the registration process.
Fill in your active phone number and email for verification.
Enter the verification code received on the registered number (OTP).
Continue the registration process by following the instructions.

How to Get Started

Click the “Register” button to start the registration process.
Choose VIP Save to Start Saving, or
Choose Money Management to Manage Your Finances.

How long is the account registration process?

The registration process takes less than 5 minutes. Make sure to enter your registration details correctly to receive detailed and accurate financial insights.

What to do if account creation fails?

a. Registration stopped in the middle of the process

You can continue the registration process that stopped in the middle of the process, as long as it's within 24 hours and from the same device. You need to repeat the registration process if you reinstall the app or continue registration on another device.

b. Registration always fails

c. Tips for successful registration

Here are some things to consider when registering for a FINETIKS account:

Write the email in all lowercase (maximum 35 characters).
Manually type the phone number (do not copy-paste from the contact list on your smartphone) and avoid spaces.
If the OTP or verification code is not sent, make sure the date/time settings on your smartphone are set to auto-sync.
Write the name in all capital letters.
Enter the PIN correctly.
Do not repeatedly press buttons in the app. Press the button once and wait for the app to work; do not repeat it several times as it may cause the FINETIKS app to error.
If you fail to enter the PIN 3 times, wait for 5 minutes before trying again.

What to do if you don't receive OTP?

You can send a new verification code by pressing the "Resend" button. If you have requested a new code 3 times in a row, please wait for 5 minutes before continuing or contact our customer service at +62811993882 for assistance.

What if I forget the PIN?

If you forget the PIN, follow the steps below:

Click "Forgot PIN" below the Login section.
Login with your phone number.
Enter the OTP code sent to your number.
Enter the new PIN and confirm your new PIN.
Your account can now be used with the new PIN.

Transaction Data

How to view the balance in each selected financial account?

Go to the Home page, then select the "Manage" tab. In the "Total Balance" section, click "See All" to see all financial accounts that are linked or added to the FINETIKS app.

How many transactions can be viewed?

You can view transactions for the last 6 months from each of your financial accounts. You can also filter based on the date you want to view and search for transaction names.

How do I record transactions in the FINETIKS app?

There are three ways to record transactions in the FINETIKS app. First, by uploading a bank statement, transaction history, or receipt. Second, by using voice commands. Third, by manually entering transaction data. You can find these three transaction recording methods on the Home page, under the "Manage" tab.

What is Monthly Budget?

Budget is determined based on your monthly income, allowing you to track your spending. This helps in recording whether you exceed the monthly budget or still have it under control.

What is Needs?

Needs are all expenditures intended to fulfill daily user needs.

What is Wants?

Wants are all expenditures intended to fulfill user desires (not needs).

How do I set a budget for each expense category?

You can set a budget for each expense category by following these steps:

Go to the "Insights" page.
In the "Expenses" section, select "See All".
Click the "Edit Budget" button in the "Expense Summary" section.
Set the budget for each expense category.
Don’t forget to press the "Save" button after adjusting your budget.

What is the purpose of "Toggle My Budget" in spending categories?

The toggle is a useful filter to display categories that users have budgeted for.

Can recorded transactions in FINETIKS be downloaded?

Yes, you can download all transactions recorded in FINETIKS by following these steps:

Go to the "Insights" page.
In the "Expenses" section, select "See All".
Click the "Download" icon in the top right corner.
Select the date range for the transaction history you want to download.
Click the "Export" button.

How to successfully scan KTP during FINETIKS VIP Save onboarding

Make sure you use your original ID card (KTP).
Do not use any other type of identification card besides the KTP.
Ensure your KTP is in good condition.
Use good lighting when taking the photo.
Do not use a photocopied KTP.
Avoid taking a blurry picture.
Do not crop or edit your image.

How to successfully perform a selfie during FINETIKS VIP Save onboarding

Authenticity verification is required for security and authentication in the account opening process.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Remove any facial accessories, such as glasses, masks, and others.
Ensure proper lighting and position your phone's front camera directly in front of your face.
Make sure your face is within the camera frame. Follow each subsequent step carefully.

How to create FINETIKS VIP Save PIN

Complete all the required processes for opening a VIP Save account.
After completing the process, you will be prompted to create a PIN.
Create a 6-digit PIN.
Confirm the 6-digit PIN.
Save it.

How many free transfers can I do from my FINETIKS VIP Save account

Unlimited free transfer to Bank Victoria
20 free transfers per month to other banks (non-Bank Victoria).

How does a 5.25% p.a. interest rate work?

FINETIKS VIP Save provides a yield of up to 5.25% per annum calculated daily based on the total balance and will be disbursed at the end of the month.

What Is the Minimum Balance?

The minimum balance is the amount that must be maintained in a FINETIKS VIP Save account (including Pocket) to enable transactions.

How Much Is the Minimum Balance?

The minimum balance is IDR 50,000.

Why Is a Minimum Balance Required?

It is required to keep the account active for transactions (transfers and e-wallet top-ups).

Can the Minimum Balance Be Used?

No. The minimum balance cannot be used for transactions and will be returned upon account closure.

Does the Minimum Balance Earn Returns?

Yes. The minimum balance is included in FINETIKS return calculations.

What Is Available Balance?

The available balance is the amount that can be used for transactions.

Why Does “Insufficient Balance” Appear?

Because the transaction amount is higher than the available balance.

How to set up a new Victoria Mobile Account

Download the Victoria Mobile app from the Play Store/App Store.
Open the Victoria Mobile app and tap "Register (Registrasi)."
Read the attached Terms and Conditions (Syarat dan ketentuan) thoroughly, then check the agreement box.
Fill in your personal information as listed in the FINETIKS app. Enter the "Account Number (Nomor Rekening)" corresponding to the VIP Save account on FINETIKS.
Enter the OTP code sent to the phone number you registered on both the Victoria Mobile and FINETIKS apps.
Create a User ID and a new password for the Victoria Mobile app.
Set up a 6-digit PIN on the Victoria Mobile app.
Done.

Profile Management

How to change the PIN?

If you want to change your PIN, follow the steps below:

Click your Profile in the app.
Select Account Setting.
Then select Change PIN.
Enter your current PIN.
Next, enter your new PIN.
Click Confirm.
Your PIN has been successfully reset.

How to close a FINETIKS account?

We are very sorry to hear that. To close your FINETIKS account, you can go to the settings and profile page. Then select account settings and choose delete account. You will be asked to answer some questions about why you are closing your FINETIKS account. Then, you will be prompted to enter a verification code to close your account. If successful, your FINETIKS account will be deleted.

Will uninstalling the FINETIKS app delete your account and transaction history in the app?

No, you must delete the account properly within the app to remove the account and erase your transaction history.

What is the impact if the account has been deleted?

Then, you can no longer log in and use the FINETIKS app.

How to restore a closed account?

A deleted FINETIKS account cannot be restored. If you want to use the FINETIKS app again, you must register a new account.

How many account FINETIKS can be owned?

You can only have one FINETIKS account per phone number and email.

How to change the phone number in FINETIKS?

You can change it by visiting the homepage, then click the avatar at the top of the homepage, then click "profile info," edit the phone number, and the system will automatically request verification again for OTP validation. If successful, the account has been updated.

How to change the email address in FINETIKS?

You can change it by visiting the homepage, then click the avatar at the top of the homepage, then click "profile info," and edit the email address. Next, you will receive a verification email for the validation process. If done, the account has been successfully updated.

How to change the profile picture?

You can change it by visiting the homepage, then click the avatar at the top of the homepage, then click "profile info," click "edit profile," click the camera icon, and finally, choose the photo you want from your gallery.

Referral Program

Apa saja syarat dan ketentuan referral program FINETIKS?

Dalam waktu 14 hari setelah buka rekening VIP Save, pastikan teman yang lo ajak nabung, deposit minimal Rp1 Juta dapat 25ribu dan deposit minimal Rp10 Juta dapat 100ribu.
Saldo minimal Rp1 Juta ini harus bertahan selama 30 hari.
Jika saldo berkurang sebelum 30 hari, bonus otomatis hangus.
Bonus diberikan setelah periode 30 hari berhasil dilalui.
Proses pencairan bonus dilakukan setiap tanggal 15 bulan berikutnya.

Pilih menu “Memenuhi Syarat Bonus” untuk lihat daftar pengguna kode referral lo yang udah deposit dan sedang dalam masa tunggu 30 hari.

Apa yang dimaksud dengan “Pending”?

Status “Pending”/ “Menunggu Deposit” artinya kode referral lo berhasil digunakan tapi mereka belum deposit min. Rp1 Juta.

Bagaimana jika lupa pakai kode referral?

Sayang banget! Kode referral hanya bisa dipakai di awal pendaftaran rekening VIP Save.

Apakah bonus referral bisa dicairkan kapan aja?

TIDAK. Bonus akan cair otomatis ke rekening lo tiap tanggal 15 di bulan berikutnya.
